I ordered the Chewy Dubai Chocolate, and honestly, it was below average. I was expecting a unique and memorable flavor, but unfortunately, I was disappointed by the taste. The pistachio and chocolate flavors also seemed to be of lower quality than I expected. I hope the company improves the quality of its products in the future.

Ive ordered 2 days ago and my order didn’t arrive yet! Plus no one responded on WhatsApp!! The terms on the website says if you place an order post 10am you’ll receive it the next day. Well guess what I placed the order at 12:30 AM .. i dont want the order anymore. Cancel it and refund the amount paid..

Best baklava I ever had, and their chocolate were not bad either (though i suggest Bateel for better pistachio flavour if you looking for dubai chocolate).
Unfortunately their customer service is pretty shit. I purchased their dubai chocolate online and the webpage showed my purchase was completed and delivered despite me never receiving my product. After a week of back and fourth messaging on multiple whats app accounts (they kept redirecting me to a new whatsapp account) they finally re-delivered my products.
Suggest buying from a store directly to avoid bad delivery services.

The worst treatment, they are not honest in their dealings and words. This is the second time I ordered online and they did not deliver the order. Tomorrow is Eid and the order still has not arrived, and when I call they hang up in my face.

Great quality and low on sugar. Le Damas never fails to disappoint. Their baklawas are absolutely amazing, we even tried the mini cookie biscuits which were perfect with Ghawa and coffee. Packaging is also spot on so great for gifting.
