Unfortunately their customer service is pretty shit. I purchased their dubai chocolate online and the webpage showed my purchase was completed and delivered despite me never receiving my product. After a week of back and fourth messaging on multiple whats app accounts (they kept redirecting me to a new whatsapp account) they finally re-delivered my products.
Suggest buying from a store directly to avoid bad delivery services.
I tried contacting customer service on phone, email, and WhatsApp but NO REPLY!!
It’s been a few days and there is no response still. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Scam. Never ordering here again.
Great quality and low on sugar. Le Damas never fails to disappoint. Their baklawas are absolutely amazing, we even tried the mini cookie biscuits which were perfect with Ghawa and coffee. Packaging is also spot on so great for gifting.
